Leadership Team

Oyster Creek's team is led by a number of experienced individuals who are experts in the field of nuclear energy and engineering.

Tim Rausch, Site Vice President

In April 2005, Tim Rausch became Site Vice President of Oyster Creek, which was a return trip home for Rausch as he worked at Oyster Creek earlier in his career as a Reactor Operator Training Instructor. Before rejoining the Oyster Creek team, Rausch was the Director for Corporate Engineering for Exelon's Mid-Atlantic region and joined Exelon Nuclear in July 2004. His power plant management experience includes serving as General Manager of Perry Nuclear Power Station in Ohio for FirstEnergy.

Throughout his 18-year career, he has held leadership roles in operations, maintenance, engineering, training, quality and project management. Rausch earned a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a M.S. in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.


Jim Randich, Plant Manager

Jim Randich is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the plant, which includes the Operations, Maintenance, Work Management, Chemistry/Environmental and Radiation Protection departments. He also provides leadership and direction to ensure the safe and economical operation of the plant. Randich has over 27 years of experience in the power industry.

Prior to becoming Oyster Creek's Plant Manager, he served as General Manager at Handley and Mountain Creek Steam Generating Stations in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Randich also served as the General Manager at Cromby Generating Station in Phoenixville, PA. Randich held senior leadership roles at Clinton Power Station and the LaSalle County Generating Station.
