The Oyster Creek Team

The Oyster Creek team consists of experienced and expert personnel who are dedicated to the plant's continued clean, safe and reliable operation. In order to work at Oyster Creek, rigorous and continuous training is required in many of the plant's departments.

Plant personnel are committed to improving their skills to ensure the station is operating as safely and efficiently as possible. Oyster Creek personnel are more than plant employees; they are members of the community. More than 80 percent of Oyster Creek employees live and raise their families in Ocean County and have a personal stake in insuring that Oyster Creek operates safely. Many employees take an active role as scout leaders, Little League coaches, church leaders and PTA members.
